Regional Wine Dinner
Ciao dear Friends and Patrons,
On Tuesday, January 30th, 2007 “La Parolaccia Osteria Italiana” in Long Beach will host a regional Wine Dinner.
The menu will feature five traditional dishes and four wines from the beautiful Italian region of Puglia (Apulia).
Puglia or Apulia is the heel of the famous Italian boot.
Puglia has a rich history and with its wonderful hexagonal Castel del Monte, it is best know for the “Trulli” which are centered around the town of Alberobello.
This region extends the most eastern part of the Italian peninsula and has a lengthy coastline that faces the Ionian and the Adriatic seas.
Absolutely perfect for a summer vacation.
