Wine Dinner
Dear friends and Patrons,
On Tuesday, March 7th, 2006 La Parolaccia Osteria in Long Beach will be hosting a Wine Dinner with traditional dishes and Soletta Winery from the region of Sardegna, Italy. We are very exciting about this special night because a member of the Soletta Winery’s family will attend the dinner.
The region of Sardegna is a beautiful island in the Tyrrhenian Sea. It is comprised of rugged mountains, rolling fields and spectacular coastlines. the Emerald coast is a favourite to many to visit. In the south of the Island, Poetto Beach, in the Gulf of the Angels, is considered by a lot of people, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. This island also offers very exclusive grape aromas and a traditional cuisine with a hint of Spanish flavors.
